Delivery Charges
Delivery charges vary depending on the type of products ordered and the service you select and cannot be refunded.
Refusal of delivery
If you refuse the delivery at the door we will apply a return fee to your customer account. In case you wish a new delivery after refusing the first delivery attempt, you need to pay the delivery cost in advance.
Cancel of delivery
We do not accept the cancel of delivery, if you decided to cancel your delivery a charge will be applied. The minimum charge is HK$ 500.
Delivery point and safety
You are responsible for providing a safe means of access from the public highway to the place of delivery. If our delivery staff considers that access is unsafe then we will not deliver the furniture through that access. In this case, furniture will be handover at the closest drop off point and we do not accept any liability for damages done past this point.
We only guarantee delivery to the front door. Delivery to any other point is at the discretion of the driver and we do not accept any liability for damages done past this point.
We do not deliver to construction site.
Order cancellation
Once the order is placed and payment received your order will be regarded as confirmed. Due to our strict production schedules, we do not offer any order cancellation.
Force Majeure
Ergoseatings shall not be responsible for damages or for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts or occurrences beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation: fire, lightning, explosion, power surge or failure, water, acts of God, war, revolution, civil commotion or acts of civil or military authorities or public enemies; any law, order, regulation, ordinance or requirement of any government or legal body or any representative of any such government or legal body; or labor unrest, including, without limitation, strikes, slowdowns, picketing or boycotts; inability to secure raw materials, transportation facilities, fuel or energy shortages.
